All ticket sales are made online or via phone. There is no physical box office.

2024 Mainstage Group Rates and Information

Groups of 14 or more are eligible for our Group Rate (No Subscription Tickets will be considered as being part of a group).

Groups of 20 or more receive a complimentary ticket for the group leader and the bus driver.

The 2024 Group Rate is $59.00 per person (plus an 18% gratuity on your total order, and a $3.00 per ticket processing fee).

There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges.

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Children younger than 5 years old will not be admitted to Mainstage Performances.
  • We reserve the right to reassign selected seating to accommodate patrons with special needs or groups.
  • Please remember that your actor/server works primarily for gratuities and that your tip should be based on a percentage of the full cost of your evening/afternoon (tickets plus beverages).

Theater For Young Audiences Ticket Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • All ticket sales are final.
  • There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Children younger than 3 years old will not be admitted.
  • All audience members must have purchased a ticket.
  • We reserve the right to reassign selected seating to accommodate patrons with special needs or groups.

Passholder Ticket Policies

  • As a passholder, you have until two days prior to the performance you are scheduled to attend to reschedule. If you do not reschedule prior to that time, your reservation becomes final.

For Friday evening performances – you have until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday to reschedule.

For Saturday evening performances – you have until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday to reschedule.

For Sunday matinees – you have until 6:00pm on Friday to reschedule.

  •  If you do not reschedule and you do not arrive for your reservation your passes will be “punched” as if you had attended.
  • If you hold a season pass, we ask that you personally call to make your reservation
  • To avoid confusion, please don’t call to make reservations for other passholders. If you’d like to sit with other passholders, just let us know when you call and we’ll make sure that you’re seated together.
  • We love it when you bring friends! They simply have to call and purchase their tickets and we’ll be glad to seat them with your party.

Dress Code

  • Business Casual.

Snow Policy

  • If a performance is cancelled due to snow (inclement weather), you may reschedule for a future performance of your choice (subject to availability). There are no refunds.
  • If the performance is held, there are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges.
